When I first received the LED mask, I was unable to charge it with the USB provided. Luckily I had a spare one that worked. I loved the LED mask and used it daily with great results. But after one year (no more guarantee) it just stopped. I was unable to charge the control box or get it to turn on! Customer Service said it was after the warranty and advised me to buy a new control box, but I am hesitant to do so, as it is costly, and I fear it still may not work. I think the product is not well made and has wiring issues.

I charged up my new control box and yet when I used it the lights were flickering and it still didn't seem to hold charge.

I purchased LED Mask PE706 on 12-2020 but the Control Box started to malfunction one year later after the warranty period. The USB port connectivity started to loosen so I had to press the USB plug hardly by hand the whole therapy time! That's why I have to purchased this control box again unwillingly !!!
