The Red Room Pilates

March Madness was in full swing this month as we teamed up with our friends at Mouv NYC and WellUp Collective to bring you The Red Room. We transformed Mouv Studio in New York City into a therapeutic red space, featuring a Pilates session designed to stimulate cellular energy, support recovery, and elevate performance as we approach the end of Q3. It was a true moment of connection, bringing us all together.

Your choice: Heated mat or reformer Pilates?

Guests were welcomed into an intimate session at the beautiful Mouv Studios, where the serene atmosphere set the tone for relaxation and connection. With calm energy throughout, the studio provided the perfect backdrop to slow down. With a choice between a strengthening reformer Pilates class or a heated mat Pilates class, both sessions featured an immersive red light therapy experience both sessions featured an immersive red light therapy experience using the Alora Age Renewal Panel that features 5 clinically proven wavelengths. 

Curated Wellness Hour

After class, guests came together to refuel with thoughtful refreshments, this was a time to wind down and connect with a community of like-minded individuals. Guests left with curated gifts from Project E Beauty alongside other exclusive and elevated brand moments.

As we come to the end of March, we reflect on the year so far and look forward to all the places we have planned for the year ahead.
