On January 18, 2026, Modern Girls Wellness partnered with The Glow Projects to host a restorative wellness experience at the beautiful ACME Wellness Studios in Hong Kong. Together, we created a space for guests to welcome the new year with calm, clarity, and intention.

Designed as a moment of reset, the event began with a guided vision board workshop, inviting attendees to reflect, dream, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. The room was filled with a sense of excitement, hope, and renewed energy as our community stepped into 2026 together.

ACME’s infrared saunas quickly became a guest favourite, offering a private sanctuary for deep warmth, detoxification, and quiet restoration.

The experience unfolded across two thoughtfully curated sessions: a morning glow gathering designed to energize the day ahead, and an intimate candlelit evening session for those seeking to unwind after a busy week. The evening concluded with a nourishing Middle Eastern mezze feast, bringing guests together in connection and celebration.
